  • We use India Post as our shipping partner for delivering your orders.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and other logistical factors.

⚠️ Order Cancellation

No Cancellation After Order Placement

Due to the heavy volume of orders, we are currently not accepting any order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review your product, quantity, delivery address and other order details before placing your order.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

🔄 Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive the wrong item:
Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order with your Order ID and details of the issue.

If you receive a damaged item:
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share your Order ID along with clear pictures of the damaged product and packaging. Our team will review your concern and assist you accordingly.

Prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping. Any applicable shipping charges displayed at checkout will be considered final.
